We will choose the best international express logistics method to ship our products, mainly using international air express and secondarily by sea.

 Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange shipment within ten days Exact shipping times may vary depending on product stock, customization requirements, order quantity, holidays, or other uncontrollable factors.

After your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information based on the actual situation. Delivery times depend on the destination country, customs inspections, local delivery conditions, and the handling time of the courier or logistics company. Any delays caused by logistics, customs clearance, or force majeure are beyond LaboratoryDoll's full control.

Shipping Fees:
• Single item purchase: $10 shipping fee.
• Purchase of 2 or more items in the same order: free shipping.
• Specific shipping fees and applicability are subject to the final display on the checkout page.
• Extra costs resulting from incorrect address, recipient information, phone number, refusal to accept the package, or failure to complete customs procedures on time will be borne by the customer.We have no control or jurisdiction over lost packages. The packages are not covered by insurance. The risk of package loss is borne by the customer, and our store will assist in handling it.

订单发出后，我们会根据实际情况提供物流跟踪信息。具体到货时间取决于目的地国家、海关检查、当地配送情况以及快递或物流公司的处理时间。物流延误、海关清关延迟或不可抗力造成的延误，不属于 LaboratoryDoll 可以完全控制的范围。

 

运费规则：

  • 单独购买1件商品：运费为10美元。

  • 同一订单购买2件或以上商品：免运费。

  • 具体运费和适用范围以结账页面最终显示为准。

  • 因顾客填写错误地址、收件人信息、电话、拒收包裹或未及时完成海关手续而产生的额外费用，需要由顾客承担。我們對丟失的包裹沒有控制權或管轄權
    包裹未包含保險保障，包裹丢失风险由顾客承担，本商店协助处理。
