Refund policy

【Return and Refund Policy】

Effective Date: September 6, 2026

LaboratoryDoll really values every customer's shopping experience.

If there’s a quality problem with your item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, photos or videos of the item, and a description of the issue. Once we confirm it’s a quality problem, we’ll offer a return, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

For details on how to return items due to quality issues and the return address, please contact us first. Packages sent back without confirmation might not be processed in time.

Refunds are usually returned to the original payment account, but the exact timing depends on the payment platform or bank. Shipping fees that have been incurred for non-quality issues are generally non-refundable.

For items that were shipped for free, if they need to be returned, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. The seller will not cover the cost of a second shipment. Our return and exchange period is within one week after receiving the goods.

Custom-made products are special items made according to the customer’s request. Unless there is a quality problem with the product itself, custom items cannot be returned or refunded due to personal preferences, size choices, color choices, unmet expectations, or other non-quality reasons.

This policy does not affect the legal rights consumers have under the laws of their country or region.
